This loft was designed for a textile designer. It was created by joining a 1,000 square foot loft and a 1,400 square foot loft. Maintaining the open feeling of the spaces and creating privacy was the driving requirement. To solve both problems, walls with a louver band were designed to allow light and air to pass from space to space. Large glass walls and fabric panels slide and disappear into pockets opening up a Master Bath to the Kitchen or concealing the studio from view.
