The focal point of the house is a double-height screen porch situated at the end of a long wooden pier. For this space, Stonefox commissioned designers David Weeks and Rob Bristow to create furniture and lighting for an informal room suitable for all types of gatherings. The height of the space was ideal for Weeks’ dynamic light mobiles, and anchored by the massive quality of Bristow’s end grain block tables. Other furnishings in the home, such as vintage pieces by George Nakashima, Vladamir Kagan, and Warren McArthur add interest to the collection provide an individual perspective.
